Apple & Blackberry Pie

This is The Kitchen Door’s Apple pie. We use fresh Granny smith apples and an all butter home-made sweet pastry recipe that I used to make for the rich and famous while working at The London Savoy Hotel. We top this apple pie with beautiful blackberries before baking. Served with cream, ice cream, custard or even a good sharp cheddar cheese. This pie is also available in a large size!
